Shock, but not total surprise

Shock, but not total surprise was my initial response to the shooting of these good Jewish people, gathering for Chanukah.

As a regional Jew, I’ve been touched by many people reaching out to me, the listening to one another that we have done in our local small Jewish community.

I strive with others for a world of reclaiming our caring as humans, building from a perspective that there are no human enemies. Needing to address destructive structures in our society that divide us. Focusing on connection for change based on community building.

I think we can do this.
