New EU draft resolution draws stark distinction between Israel, West Bank settlements – Barak Ravid – Haaretz 15.01.16
Israel working frantically to block pending resolution, expected to be published on Monday, that top officials says could lead to additional sanctions against Israeli settlements. Israeli Ambassadors to the 28 EU countries are due to meet again on Monday morning, just before the Council of Foreign Ministers, to discuss the text of the draft resolution.
