A rumoured Israeli-Palestinian summit in Moscow may be a manoeuvre by Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu to try to thwart a new US initiative. Netanyahu is once again playing a classic game, one he has played throughout the years. He dances at all the weddings and with everyone at the same time.
