As her children left home, Sandy Dudakov longed for a new challenge. She joined a small volunteer organisation redirecting wasted food from shops to charities across Melbourne.
More than a decade on, as vice-president of Fairshare, Sandy has played a key role in its expansion; cooking and delivering more than one million meals a year for the homeless and hungry in Melbourne and Brisbane.
